First Certified “Green” Project in the Philippines / Oppenheim Architecture + Design

Here is an article I read about the first certified Green project in the Philippines. In the Papanek reading, The Green Imperative, a key point mentioned was how to manage and preserve the earth’s recourses on a mirco level. It was interesting to see how a smaller country, like the Philippines are making steps to a more green environment.
