China wants Secrets
I though this post was quite interesting considering our economic relationship with china. China is unwilling to subsidize the Chevy Volt because the US is unwilling to share engineering technology. I think the US has worked hard to compete with the Chinese market in many aspects and for China to act in such ways does not promote diplomacy nor does it preserve the ambition to create ones own technological advances.
